The Sheep Personality Type
The sheep is the follower type of personality. They are the 95% of the people in the internet marketing industry. They follow the herd believing that how the herd markets their business is how they should market, all the sheep surely can't be wrong, They are the once that are barely scraping by in network marketing spending money with no money coming in. They are promoting their business full out, like everyone else is, like they were told it was done prospecting anyone they meet.
The sheep really wants to succeed but is blind or perhaps frightened to break away from the herd and market differently. The sheep expect overnight success when they start their business and they tend to seek quick one click solutions. They struggle trying to market their business like everyone and eventually either give up out of frustration or are forced out of the business because they go broke.
The Cub Personality Type
The cub is the student of the marketing industry. They realize that in order to create success they need to stand out of all the marketing noise by offering value and grow in to a leaders. Cubs find successful marketers and learn from them. Instead of spending money on advertising they cannot afford they spend it on marketing courses, training programs and personal development, so they can set themselves apart from all the other network marketers. They concentrate on perfecting different marketing strategies and providing valuable content to other marketers.
Cubs already are starting to taste the fruits of their labor, unlike the sheep, they already started creating an income for themselves.The cub personality type knows that success doesn't just happen it has to be created and they are determined to make it happen.
They work just as hard on improving their mindset as they do to improve their marketing, they know that success is dependent on their mindset. Cubs will surround themselves with people they admire, their mentors, that have already achieved the success they desire. The cub's mentors are the lions, the third personality type of network marketing.
The Lion Personality Type
Lion is the leader, the one who makes all the money in the industry. They are what both the sheep and the cub aspire to be. Lions have the ability to make success look easy.
The lions can make any network marketing business flourish and succeed overnight. They possess a strong positive success mindset, and never allow any negativity into their lives. This personality type magnetically attracts other marketers to them who want to join the lions opportunity, without them pitching it. Lions don't take success for granted, they know that its a result of their daily effort over a period of time and to sustain that success they have to keep putting in the effort. The lion never quits, no matter how "hard" things may seem, they are always determined to achieve their goals.
